1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 90bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 90bd.club and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 90bd website, registering a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, tournament, or promotional activity offered by 90bd, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first interaction with the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 90bd, including registered players, visitors browsing without an account, and any person who accesses any page of the platform from within Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction. The Terms govern every aspect of the relationship between you and 90bd, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and the use of any support service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 90bd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 90bd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other active or inactive account on the 90bd platform (one account per person rule).
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the 90bd platform for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of 90bd or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are using your own personal payment method registered in your own name for all deposits and withdrawals.

90bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Requested documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued identification acceptable to 90bd. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

If 90bd reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. All deposits made during the period of suspected underage use will be returned to the payment source, and any winnings accumulated during that period will be forfeited in full. 90bd will report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 90bd services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals as described in Section 2 above.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure that all details you provide match the information associated with your designated payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) to avoid delays during verification or withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for updating your account details if your personal information changes. 90bd will not be liable for any delays, losses, or disruptions caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held responsible for all actions taken under your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 90bd support immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. 90bd may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 90bd platform. Opening or maintaining more than one account, whether in your own name or under the name of a third party, is a breach of these Terms. 90bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all balances held in those accounts, and permanently ban the associated player from the platform without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 90bd — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is required or applied. 90bd supports the following payment methods for registered players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 90bd is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing time.

90bd does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 90bd's control. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your chosen payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 90bd within a target turnaround time of 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 90bd charges no fees on withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. 90bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Where a same-method withdrawal is not possible (for example, if a particular payment method does not support incoming transfers), 90bd may arrange an alternative withdrawal method at its discretion.

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login or financial activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 90bd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Prior to applying any dormancy fee, 90bd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

90bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in BDT as bonus credit, not as withdrawable cash, until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus credit and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages, which are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 90bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The 90bd welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, and eligible games are stated on the Rewards page and are subject to change. Players who have previously held an account on 90bd are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the 90bd bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotion terms — will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account permanently closed.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 90bd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any restricted area of the 90bd platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the 90bd platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage, artificially inflates results, or circumvents the platform's intended operation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes on the 90bd sportsbook.
• Laundering money or using the 90bd platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity under Bangladeshi law or international anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Attempting to use payment methods not registered in your own name or that belong to a third party.
• Abusing the 90bd support team with threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the 90bd platform or its infrastructure.
• Accessing or attempting to access 90bd services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your actual location.

90bd reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 90bd may take immediate action including account suspension, fund withholding pending investigation, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 90bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game titles, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 90bd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 90bd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the 90bd platform without the express prior written consent of 90bd.

Game titles and software available on the 90bd platform are the intellectual property of their respective developers and studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in respect of those third-party intellectual properties.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

90bd provides its platform, games, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90bd makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, or service offered on the platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

While 90bd targets a platform uptime of 99.9% and invests heavily in infrastructure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside 90bd's control. 90bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

8.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on the 90bd platform. 90bd is not liable for any financial losses you incur through your participation in any game, bet, or wager on the platform. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for managing your gambling activity within your personal financial means.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90bd's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — regardless of the form of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 90bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall 90bd be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if 90bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

90bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if 90bd reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the 90bd Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account closure for reasons other than self-exclusion, 90bd will conduct a review of the account balance. Where no breach of these Terms has been identified, verified funds held in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus credit and associated winnings accrued through bonus activity that has not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure is subject to a final compliance check.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 90bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 90bd platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.1 above.
